Important Dates

• JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Date: Tentatively scheduled for May 2024 (exact date to be announced)
• JEE Advanced 2024 Registration: Expected to start in April 2024
• JEE Advanced 2024 Admit Card: Will be available for download in May 2024
• JEE Advanced 2024 Result: Expected to be declared in June 2024

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Candidates should be born on or after October 1, 1999 (for general category) and October 1, 1994 (for SC, ST, and PwD candidates)
• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have qualified the JEE Main 2024 exam and be among the top 2.5 lakh candidates
• Number of Attempts: Candidates can attempt JEE Advanced a maximum of two times in consecutive years

Exam Pattern

• Paper 1: Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and numerical answer type questions (NATs) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Paper 2: Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and numerical answer type questions (NATs) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Duration: 3 hours for each paper
• Language: English and Hindi

Syllabus

• Physics: Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, and Modern Physics
• Chemistry: Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry
• Mathematics: Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, and Coordinate Geometry

Application Process

• Online Registration: Candidates need to register online on the JEE Advanced 2024 official website
• Application Fee: ₹2,800 (₹1,400 for female candidates and ₹1,400 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates)
• Document Upload: Candidates need to upload scanned copies of their documents, including their JEE Main 2024 admit card, class 10th and 12th mark sheets, and category certificate (if applicable)

Admit Card

• Availability: Will be available for download on the JEE Advanced 2024 official website
• Details: Candidate's name, roll number, exam center, and other important details will be mentioned on the admit card

Result

• Declaration: Expected to be declared in June 2024
• Rank List: A rank list will be prepared based on the scores obtained by candidates in JEE Advanced 2024
• Cutoff: The cutoff marks will be announced along with the result

Counseling
